We ship from US, UK and China so shipping times may vary. 

Contact us if you need your item by a special date or expedited shipping. We can check our immediate stock. 

You will receive a shipment notification email when each item is shipped. Orders with multiple items may ship at different times in separate packages.

Please allow additional processing time for special order and personalized products, as they are made just for you.

We ship to all 50 states within the US and internationally on select items. We DO ship to P.O. boxes.

 CHINESE HOLIDAY REMINDER: 

During weeks-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1, 2021) and Chinese New Year (February 1-25, 2021), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 1-2 weeks.

Standard shipping fees are based on your order's value*

COATS,  SHOES & CUSTOM JEWELRY ONLY- Processing time is extended for each order and is 7-20 business days.  International orders can choose first class, priority or express delivery and delivery time is up to 12-30 business days.

 **EXPEDITED SHIPPING (2-4 Business Days): Not all items can be expedited. It depends on showroom inventory. If item is on-hand in the showroom it can be shipped out immediately. If it is in the warehouse then processing time and shipping will be longer. If this is the case and you have paid for expedited shipping you will be refunded the difference for the expedited shipping fees.
