Shipping & Processing
At Maximum Beauties, every order is prepared with intention. Each piece is hand-inspected and personally packaged at our New York studio before dispatch. We are not a traditional dropshipper; we handle your items with care.
1. Processing Time
Because of our quality assurance process, please allow 1 to 6 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. United States Delivery
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the most reliable option for your location.
- Standard Shipping: 1 to 5 business days transit time.
- Total Estimated Wait: 2 to 11 business days (Processing + Shipping).
- Complimentary Shipping: Available on US orders over $130.
3. International Shipping (DDP)
International delivery is estimated at 7 to 18 business days after processing.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all import duties, taxes, and shipping costs are calculated and collected upfront at checkout. You will not owe any additional fees upon delivery.
Returns: These fees are remitted to customs agencies and carriers on your behalf and are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, you will be refunded for the product price only. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our New York facility.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is secure. Once a package is scanned by the carrier (USPS/UPS/DHL), responsibility transfers to them.
- Maximum Beauties is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery scan.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
5. Order Modifications
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement. Once the hand-packing process begins in our NY studio, we cannot make changes.
