Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking by email.

Order Processing

All orders are hand-inspected and packed at our NY Studio within 1 to 6 business days. This time allows for:

Final presentation touches before shipment

United States Shipping

After processing, orders ship via USPS or UPS, based on the most reliable option at the time of shipment.

Standard Shipping: 1 to 5 business days
Total Estimated Delivery: 2 to 11 business days from order date

International Shipping (DDP)

We ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, UAE, and Singapore using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. This means no surprise fees at delivery.

Upfront Pricing: Import duties, taxes, and shipping are calculated and paid at checkout.
Reliability: Shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or USPS.
Total Delivery Time: 7 to 18 business days (includes processing).

Orders $1.00 – $149.99: $25.00
Orders $150.00 – $349.99: $45.00
Orders $350.00+: $65.00

Note: Because duties are paid to customs agencies upfront, shipping costs and duties are generally non-refundable if you choose to return an item.

Multiple Items and Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship together or separately, depending on availability. If items ship separately, you will receive individual tracking notifications.

Coats, Shoes and Specialty Items

Select items require additional handling and preparation.

Estimated Delivery After Shipping (US): 2 to 5 business days

These items are prepared with additional care due to construction, materials, or finishing details.

Shipping Fees and Complimentary Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on US orders over $130.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
