We hope that every item you receive meets to your satisfaction. If in the event there is an issue and you would like to return an item for exchange or store credit (We do NOT offer refunds at this time), please follow the Return Guide Below:

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RETURNS

You must mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt. 

 Please note: You can return unused, unwashed items. All returns must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint, hair, or body odor – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc.

Items not eligible for returns:

  • Special order items
  • Personalized and dyed items
  • Bodysuits, swimsuits, lingerie, intimates and personal care items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
  • Final Sale Items and holiday sale items: 50% OFF FLASH SALE, BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, LABOR DAY, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR, MID-SEASON SALE, ANNUAL SALE
  • Items with any tags removed

Additional notes about Returns:

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused / unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. Customer will be responsible to pay for return shipping. Therefore All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.  

Our return process requires you to return items to us within 14 days of delivery.

Step 1: Please go to our Returns Center Portal .  You will need your email address and an order number. Let us know if you want to return the item because you want an exchange or are requesting store credit (We do not offer refunds).

Step 2: Please allow 48 hours for us to receive and process your return request. We will contact you within that time to further work with you on processing the return.

Step 3: Pack up the item. Be sure to include all tags and original packaging.

Step 4: Send it off. Send the package to the address provided to you in return confirmation email. Be sure to add tracking so that you can confirm its delivery to us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESSING

We will inspect and process your return immediately upon receipt of your item. You will receive a confirmation via email when your return has been processed. For rush processing of exchanged items please contact customer service at info@maximumbeauties.com
