US Orders (Domestic)International customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs back to our NY facility.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be attached
- Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items not eligible for return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Flash sale and special holiday promotional items
- Bodysuits, swimsuits, lingerie, and intimates
- Custom or personalized items
- Items with tags removed
Return Processing & Timeline
Returns are hand-inspected immediately upon arrival at our New York facility. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is approved.
