IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RETURNS
You must mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: You can return unused, unwashed items. All returns must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint, hair, or body odor – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Special order items
- Personalized and dyed items
- Bodysuits, swimsuits, lingerie, intimates and personal care items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
- Final Sale Items and holiday sale items: 50% OFF FLASH SALE, BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, LABOR DAY, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR, MID-SEASON SALE, ANNUAL SALE
- Items with any tags removed
Additional notes about Returns:
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused / unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. Customer will be responsible to pay for return shipping. Therefore All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
Our return process requires you to return items to us within 14 days of delivery.
