Option 1: Use your shipping confirmation email

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking link.

• Search your inbox for: “Maximum Beauties” or “Shipping confirmation”
• Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder
• If you opted into SMS updates, check your text messages for the tracking link

Option 2: Log into your account (if you created one)

If you created an account at checkout, you can view your order history and tracking updates anytime.

No account? You can still track your order

An account is not required to track your order. If you cannot locate your email, Shopify may require identity verification to protect your privacy.

• Have your order number ready (example: #1234)
• Use the email address or phone number used at checkout
• Follow the prompts on the order status page to access tracking details

If you are missing your order number, contact us and we will assist.

Tracking tip: Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your package is scanned by the carrier.
